Shipping & Delivery
By default, all orders are granted First Class Air Mail free shipping. If you live in Europe, normally you should receive your package within 7-10 business days, 20-25 to Australia and Asia. Expedited shipments have a tracking number and can be traced online. You will receive automated notifications via email that will keep you up to date at all times.
These ETA's are non-binding estimates. However, even when we have no control over the postal/courier services we strive to achieve a fast delivery. During Holiday Seasons, some delays might be expected.
NOTE: We do not ship to Lockers
Unless specifically requested, your order will always ship: "Signature Required". We are not responsible for non-received merchandise claims, should you request the following delivery options from DHL or FedEx: "Signature Release" or "Locker Deliveries".
Returns & Replacements
Purchaser has a 15-Day Return privilege. This 15-Day Return period starts at the time merchandise is delivered to purchaser. Reason for the returning of goods is not required from purchaser, who can request a refund less postage costs.
Please contact us for an authorization (RMA) number before returning your merchandise: customers@goautographs.com (No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number).
Every item is cataloged with the intent of accuracy. In the event of an inadequately description of item, such item must be returned within fifteen days of receipt. A store credit will be issued in the case of an unresolved dispute over condition.
If any substantial defect, not described at GoAutographs, is found by the purchaser, item/s should be returned within our 15-Day Return policy for a full refund or store credit which will include original shipping costs paid by purchaser.
GoAutographs.com is not liable for consequential damages or damages caused while merchandise is in transit, however, we always ship insured, this way you are always covered in the event of damage caused by the shipping service.
Each signed item is unconditionally guaranteed genuine without time limit. Should a third party's opinion deem an item to be "probably not authentic", original purchaser must contact us at authentications@goautographs.com.
The placing of an order constitutes knowledge of and acceptance of the above Terms of Returns and Refunds.
